GENERAL CARE INSTRUCTIONS

For best results, our macarons should be refrigerated and consumed within 5-7 days of delivery, or they can be frozen upon arrival for up to 2 months. Our macarons are best served at room temperature. If you will be storing them in a refrigerator, please allow approximately 10 minutes to reach room temperature or 30 minutes if coming from the freezer.

CAN I FREEZE MY MACARONS FOR A LATER DATE?

Yes, our macarons can be frozen for up to 2 months when kept in its original packaging.

HOW MANY MACARONS SHOULD I ORDER?

When serving Made by Pauline’s Macarons for events and special occasions, we recommend 2-3 macarons per person.

DO MADE BY PAULINE’S PRODUCTS CONTAIN NUTS?

All of Made by Pauline’s Macarons are made with almond flour and some contain nuts.

MADE BY PAULINE’S MACARONS ARE VEGAN? 

At Made by Pauline, 16 of our macaron flavors are completely vegan, meaning they’re both dairy-free and egg-free! However, please note that four of our flavors—Salted Caramel, Nutella, Cheesecake, and Hazelnut—do contain dairy and egg whites.
